Règles pour l'Annotation Fonctionnelle semi-Automatisée de la LEvure

Determining the function of a sequenced protein is a crucial and complex task that is usually performed manually and for which annotators have to cross different kinds of information.
The RAFALE project aims at helping biologists in this difficult annotation task by providing them with a semi-automatic module for protein annotation. Our goal is to learn rules from the known cases, which will be used to infer the functional classes of proteins of unknown function.
